So I’m a hairstylist and my posture sucks I always have back and neck pain. Recently I have been having one sided neck pain, and head pain. Always on my left side. Around my temple and my eye hurts and of course my neck. It’s driving me insane. I’m waiting to get into a neurologist but I’m so over this pain. Tylenol and Advil do nothing. Heat does help but incant lay in bed all day w heat on my neck. Does this sound like a cervicogenic headache ? Any tips on relief? I’m at my wits end with this
