My experience-Multi Aura Attack

For a long time I got migraines every couple months, with the longest headache free period being ~4 years during my undergrad. I’ve gotten them ever since middle school, and they track with my menstrual cycle pretty well. Recently, I’ve had 4 attacks since the end of June, with the last three all occurring this past month. Several have also been “double aura” headaches meaning I get one bought of my typical aura, and then the headache. Then about 12 hours later I get another typical aura and then headache, before I have a two day postdrome. I’m currently at an internship and have had to call off for over a week’s worth of days because I can’t do my job (research) during the headache or the postdrome, when I can’t comprehend anything. I need to see a dr outside of my PCP (who recommended just Tylenol and ibuprofen though finally believed me and gave me rizotriptan-_-), but I’m away from home until December. It’s hard to tell what’s triggering them, I recently got a kyleena iud, but I also just stopped a hormonal birth control, and I also moved to a new allergen region with the internship. Rizotriptan has been kinda working, and I have a couple pain relievers from an urgent care visit. This is just awful and I feel like I’m bouncing back slower and slower each time. Anyways, does the multiple aura thing happen to any of y’all? Also rambling rant over, I’m mid migraine attack/postdrome so I apologize if anything doesn’t make sense or if I accidentally broke a rule :)
