My experience-headache gets triggered when lying down

It started around aug 20 when I got a neck pain that lasted for a week then it triggered bad headaches that starts from the bottom of my head to the top. I took celecoxib that my neuro prescribed me and it went away but it still came back the next day. Had a follow up check up w my ent so i asked him about it and he gave me norgesic that I took for a week. he said that it might just be muscle spasms. thankfully it worked, however the pressure in my head whenever i lie on my stomach didn't go. it feels like my brain is getting squeezed.

Whenever I lie down, the middle lower part of my brain feels hard. it seems like pressure? then it will trigger the clicking/popping sound in my ears everytime i gulp or open my mouth. Most of the time it's with an uncomfortable electric like pain on the middle top of my head (feels like it's a short straight line in the middle of my brain). These days I also get sudden head pressure whenever I stand up or sit down. Sometimes I also get a headache near my forehead that feels like a tied knot.

I've been to 2 ents and 1 neuro but they keep on saying nothing's wrong and maybe it's just all my anxiety. is it really though? I got mri scan (cranial) last May because my headaches were terrible after I got covid and they were normal which is the reason why my neuro keeps on brushing off my recent concern.
