My experience-Do any of you have permanently swollen lymph nodes?

So I’m just kind of using this post to explore more about my migraines.

For a brief history, I’ve always had migraines but about 4-5 years ago, I caught pneumonia followed by mono and I was very sick for a while. After that, my migraines became significantly worse and developed aura and I also developed icepick headaches, occipital neuralgia, and cervicogenic headaches. I got examined by multiple neurologists and had multiple scans that cleared me, but we did notice around that time that I had also developed some lymph nodes all around my neck.

I then went to an ENT who performed a biopsy and all the scans and said they were likely permanently scarred and therefore permanently swollen after my pneumonia/mono and told me to come back for scans every two years.

The thing is though, a lot of my migraines and headache symptoms seem to originate from my neck and then radiate up to my head. Even recently, I had a stabbing/possibly icepick pain that was literally concentrated right in my occipital lymph node, which admittedly prompted some serious anxiety on my part.

I guess I’m just curious, do any of you have permanently swollen lymph nodes as well? Be they from an illness or just in general, and did you notice your migraines also got worse afterwards?
