My experience-Chronic migraines affected by geographical location?

Hi guys! New here, have been looking for a community like that for a while! For roughly 7 years I've suffered from chronic migraines that are getting worse with each year, at this point my migraines show up almost every week and last 3-4 days leaving me with only around 3 to 4 migraine free days a week.

I live in Europe but spent my whole summer in US, first time away from my country for this long, during my 3 month long stay I only had two migraines, I came back to my home country two weeks ago and since then had a week long migraine, one day break and again migraine till today. And so I've been wondering what really triggers my migraine, I'm more on edge in my home, there's a lot of people here and I'm often anxious, in US I've been living with my fiance with little to no worries, another thing is air quality which is pretty bad here and I'm living in the middle of the city and in US I've been staying far from any bigger city.

But maybe it's something else I'm missing? Just the change of location in general? Can a location be a trigger?
