My experience-Long covid?

Ok so basically I stumbled upon a bunch of posts on covid and brain fog and it got me thinking.I have had like 4 or 5 migraines in total before 2020 (most due to eating MSG I believe) but then around august 2020 I started getting attacks like 3-4 times a month, which lead me to discovering those headaches were in fact migraines. Then at the beginning of november 2020 I got covid and I'm not sure if it's related but in the following year and a half my migraines got so much worse and more frequent, up to 25 a month, and they only got a bit better (10-15 a month) after I stopped taking bc, started taking supplements and made changes to my diet; I've also been experiencing mild brain fog since then, as in I tend to forget common words while speaking. I had covid again a couple weeks ago and it feels like the brain fog got worse, not sure about the migraines.

I'm wondering, could this be "long covid"? Could it have caused the migraines to become more frequent? Could it even be that I got it before november 2020, didn't notice it, and that was what made my migraines become chronic? I know this is kind of all over the place but I never quite got over the fact that I went from having basically no migraines to A LOT all of a sudden, so deep down I'm still trying to find a reasonable explanation...

More importantly, is there anyone here with a similar experience who got better after time?

ETA: just for the record, I got all three doses of vaccine
