My experience-My Dr wants me to stop the only med that works

I (24f) have only been on Qulipta for two weeks. It has brought my migraine days down from 5-7 a week to 0-1. After years of trying every medication I thought I could, even getting infusions and inpatient treatments I finally found something that makes me able to live. I'm so happy to finally have my life in my control and I feel like I can go forward. I have a complete honesty policy with my Dr's so when my main neurologists NP asked about side effects I'm honest. I have no appetite, I'm severely constipated, I've lost 15lbs in two weeks, and I have a harder time sleeping at night. All are common side effects of Qulipta. But my NP wants me to stop since I'm losing weight so rapidly. I said I'm losing weight so fast because I'm obese and not eating even a portion of what I was but I'm still getting an adequate amount of calories, fat, and proteins. I told her I want to try managing the side effects since I'm able to actually live now. I don't think I'm in danger keeping this med in my arsenal and it's the only thing that's worked for me. Anyway thanks for reading. I'm nervous she's going to insist I stop but if that happens I'll just talk to my main Dr and see what he thinks.
