My experience-Has anyone else experienced this before? Regarding exertion headache

Had an exertion headache a few days ago. The pain went away but now I'm getting a weird sensation/pressure feeling in the back of my head but no pain. I'm also feeling a sensation in my neck from time to time. Sometimes when I touch the sides of my head, I feel my pulse and not sure if this is normal. I don't know if this could be nerves or anything. Also been having lots of stress/anxiety so not sure if this could have anything to do with it.
