My experience-After bath headache

Hello everyone, this might sound strange but I am having a sever headache after bath. It's been long since I am having it. Doesn't matter whether it's with cold water or hot or using shampoo or not. It's just whenever I take a bath the uper part (maybe skin level) and whole head feels so heavy, I can't read, can't focus and can't even look at screen.

No solution except sleep has worked for me. It only relieves completely after I sleep twice, after first sleep it relieves a bit. I also have a lighter headache after some normal physical activity, although that relieves after a short nap too.

I consulted a doctor and tried some medication but didn't help and going to see the doctor soon but I thought if anyone faced the same issue?
