My experience-Depression as a trigger?
I've had migraines the last 20 years, though I only started reliably tracking them about 7 years ago (thanks Migraine Buddy!). In that time, I've noticed a weird pattern: when my depression symptoms get worse, so do my migraines.
I know they are co-morbid disorders, but I always thought it was the other way around, that I was depressed (in part) because of the migraines. But has anyone ever experienced it that depression seems to cause your migraines?
