My experience-Noisy appliances

I’ve noticed for the past several years how much the noise of my appliances running sets me off when I’m having a migraine. And some things in my house emit a soft buzz that I cant locate. There’s just so much general noise in this house. I often put off running the dishwasher for way too long just because I can’t stand the noise it makes. I hate being in the kitchen during a migraine because every appliances in there makes me want to explode. I do use loop ear plugs sometimes but I often end up finding them irritating because there are things I do need to be able to hear as a single parent. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways I can reduce the impact of kitchen noises? Or recommendations for quieter appliances?
