My experience-Anyone else have symptoms like this?

I went to a concert last night and started having a headache towards the end of the show, there was a lot of flashing lights and loud sounds. I slept kinda bad and woke up this morning still with a headache.

I took 2 ibuprofens and my head felt alright. I went to therapy and felt sort of ok but my walk home was torment. I felt so anxious and like I just had no bandwidth left. I really had to take it step by step, I thought I might collapse for no reason I can really pinpoint.

I’m home now and while my head doesn’t feel so bad I feel out of it, weird, and a little nauseous. My neck also hurts. None of it is so severe that I feel like I need medical attention but I do feel like crap.

Who else gets symptoms like these? I also have a lot of mental health problems that are probably compounding it.
