Feels like I’m back to the drawing board. Neurologist said it doesn’t sound like VM based off of my symptoms, and sounds more like an inner ear disorder with the stuff I got going on with my ears…

But here’s the thing, my ENT already cleared me of an inner- ear disorder and said it had to do with the cranial nerve. I’m just… what the hell do I do?
