My experience-Should I cancel my flight since I have migraine?

Today I am supposed to have a short 2 hour flight to see my family. However, I’ve had a migraine since yesterday that isn’t getting better even with medication. I think that pressure changes might be a trigger for a lot of my migraines because my mom and I tend to get them at the same time when we are in the same location (and we eat different foods). Anyway, I’m really anxious about what would happen if I undergo even more pressure change on the plane. I imagine my head exploding lmao. Does anyone have experience flying with a preexisting migraine?
