My experience-help

Where to begin. I'll start by saying I'm on the following medications for ADHD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder: Adderall, Lexapro, Trazodone, Seroquel, Xanax and Ambien for sleep. I've been on these for about 3 years. This past January I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and hypertension and put on Metformin and Losartin. In late March I began having headaches every day. I saw my PCP and he prescribed butalbital/apap/caffeine. This did not work. My psychiatrist increased my Lexapro and started me on 600mg gabapentin. This also did not work. After a few weeks (a couple of weeks ago) I began waking up in the middle of the night with these headaches and was unable to get back to sleep. My Dr prescribed sumatriptan, 100mg/day. This did not work. I ended up in the ER the day before Mother's Day sleep deprived and in the worst pain, next to passing a kidney stone, I've ever had. They gave me an IV cocktail that did not work. They took two CT scans and found nothing irregular, sent me home and asked me to follow up with a neurologist. My Dr said I didn't need a neurologist, he said take 200mg of sumatriptan and switched my glucose medicine to Glipizide. This did not work. I was up again with the same headache the next day. Out of desperation I bought a 6 pack of beer and slept through the night, then changed my PCP the next day. After seeing her yesterday (the headache has not gone away since I left the ER, almost 2 weeks now) she referred me to a neurologist, ordered a bunch of tests and a blood panel, prescribed me topamx 25mg and sumatriptan 25mg. She also said to take 660mg naproxen sodium/day and 3000mg Tylenol/day. I was able to sleep without drinking, but the headache will not go away. Nothing helps, except sleep. After about 15 minutes, the headache comes on. It starts in the back of my neck, goes up through the back of my head, spreads to the top of my head and down to my temples. It feels like someone is squeezing my brain. I'm waiting to see the neurologist, and have been off of work for a week and have to go back on Monday. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm in so much pain. Any advice would be so appreciated.
