I have ferritin level of 3.7 and a constant headache and nausea.

Often get landed with a migraine, vomiting and 3 to 3 days recovery when on period. Other symptoms and Dr thinks it's celiac.

Wondering if anyone else had constant headache and migraines and if it went away after cutting out gluten?

Can't cut out gluten till after my test on weds
