I’ve been taking it for a month and a half now (10mg twice a day). It helps slightly but I still get migraines (it used to be 2-3 times a week, now it’s once a week). What are your experiences with propanolol? Did a higher dosage help more?

Note: I switched after a day of taking a medicine that gave me horrible side effects. My mum spoke to the doctor on the phone while I was asleep so I’m pretty sure she suggested they put me on propanolol (her and my grandad take it).
