My experience-Ocular Migranes are scary and I had no idea what was happening

Do any of you suffer from these? started getting ocular migraines about 30 years ago when I would come to work on very little sleep after exercising the night before and drink coffee.

I would see light floaters in my eyes banding rainbow colored half circles of light out of the corners of my eyes and I would also get blind spots and it would affect my vision and I had a panic attack it was very scary.

I did some research and found that caffeine and dehydration and lack of sleep can definitely be factors that can induce ocular migraines. I don't get them much anymore because I don't exercise as often but every now and then when I'm really tired already hydrated I will start to get them period all I can do is lay down and try to relax until it goes away
