Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. My experience-PSA - birth control
Hi everyone, just want to warn others who may be in my same circumstance for something to look out for. I 20F have been taking a birth control combo pill called Yaz for about 6 months now, and recently have been having new eye issues that my neurologist said were related to my migraines. One night, my one eye went completely dilated and the other was normal. (One of the primary symptoms of a stroke or a brain aneurysm) My gynecologist believes that this could have been caused by my birth control and has switched me to a progesterone only alternative. When the doctor warns you about increased risk of stroke or blood clot when starting a combined pill, please take it seriously. I had no eye issues before birth control but I am still dealing with new symptoms.
