Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. My experience-Food elimination for infrequent migraines?
I’ve had migraines with aura since puberty. They’re not menstrual and have varied in frequency over the years (now 36yo/F). Never pinned a specific trigger for each one but probably weather/pressure, dehydration and bright lights have an effect. I now have migraines about 7-8 times per year.
Is it worth it to do food elimination for such infrequent migraines? I cut caffeine two years ago, but I eat pretty much everything else. Food elimination just sounds so daunting. Is it likely food even matter for migraines so infrequent?
