My experience-Finally got a diagnosis

Guys Im feeling like Im going to cry.

The culmination of so much confusion, pain, getting dismissed, told to "just take some tylenol," trying to work through it, thinking I was making a mountain out of a molehill...

Turns out I have second order Horner's syndrome that slowly turned into third order also due to the third nerve atrophying. And on top of it, the whole thing gets neuro pain.

And this is layered on migraines. Unmanaged, the two nearly ruined my life. Now, I'm finally disentangling them and creating an action plan for each different type of issue and each different type of pain. And it's working.

Oh my god. I'm not crazy.

It's not a silver bullet, nothing is ever going to make my face not feel like static, or heat, or ache, or zappy zap (whatever the sensation du jour is) besides maybe meds, but goddamn the reduction in suffering is real.

Tldr don't give up on yourself and keep pushing for help.
