Sitting in the waiting area at my son's doctor. Migraine coming on. Thankfully they have low lights for people with sensory issues, but they have 3 (!) sound machines going. Between not being home, the sounds, and my mask, I feel awful and just want to go home and crawl into the dark space under my bed. Thank you for letting me vent.
