18F here. Had my first ever migraine in December 2021, second ever this morning. Both came with aura, lasted about 4 hours. I also started a hormonal combination BC pill two days ago. I suspect this might be what triggered today’s migraine. I know there are increased risks of stroke and blood clots from combination BC and migraines with aura. As I’ve only ever had two migraines my whole life, is this something I need to be concerned about? Should I stop taking the BC I’ve been prescribed?

New to this whole migraine thing, really hope these were just isolated events and not part of some greater condition.
