My experience-Where to get weekend or emergency nerve blocks in NYC/Westchester area?

Hey everyone. Does anyone know of places to get nerve blocks on a last minute basis, or even on the weekends in the NYC and Westchester area? I’m in white plains but am definitely able to travel a bit. The only doctors I can find who do it are Dr. Mauskop who charges $600 and doesn’t take insurance, and Dr. Berliner who only does them on Wednesdays.

My migraines are in a place where I have a 10/10 migraine trying to break through at all times with no medicine stopping them when they (frequently) do. I’ve been admitted to the hospital several times in the past 2 months and barely get any relief (DHE infusion has helped, but am on Trudesha at home and the relief is very, very short lived and can only get a few doses per month via the company). I’m on multiple preventatives that are basically doing nothing, and am living on the edge of agony and it’s absolutely terrifying.

The only thing that is stopping them outside of the hospital are nerve blocks. I’m so anxious about getting a migraine over a weekend or at an odd time where I can’t get one. The pain is so bad I’m screaming and out of my mind.

Any resources or guidance would be incredible, thank you all so much.
