Hello, FTM and 5 days PP. Today I decided to try pumping as my breast milk just came in and my breast were really hurting and engorged, I did it a total of 3 times. After reading more about pumping I realized I don’t need to start right away as I’ll be a stay at home mom for months. If I stop pumping already will my milk supply be ruined? I am wanting and planning to breastfeed but had gotten a pump just in case for the future.
