My experience-Post-Migraine Nausea Not Subsiding
Hey everyone. I was diagnosed with chronic migraine a few years ago, and am on medication which has helped tremendously, in addition to changing my diet and exercising on a daily basis. The last couple of weeks have been super busy, so I haven't been able to exercise as much or eat how I should (I am whole food plant-based) due to time constraints.
Well, the inevitable happened last week and I got hit with a major migraine. I had a feeling I had one coming due to not being able to keep with my regular migraine routine. It lasted for 3 days and came with the usual symptoms, but now that it is gone I am still dealing with nausea/loss of appetite.
I wanted to ask if this has happened to anyone else? The last 2 days I was postdrome with my migraine and today I'm back to normal, besides nausea. I'm hungry, but when I go to eat I can't. Any recommendations? If this has happened to you, how long has it lasted?
