My neurologist diagnosed me with Chronic migraines earlier this year. I get 15-20 full day migraines each month and it’s debilitating. I spend big portions of each week vomiting and in intense pain.

I am currently on Candesartan as a preventative and on a long waiting list for Botox. I can’t take any of the other options due to other health conditions. Ive tried different antisickness and I can take sumatriptan injections 5 days a month but other than that nothing helps.

Paracetamol does nothing for me and I can’t take NSAIDs. I’ve tried ice hat and also warm compress. I’ve tried migraine sticks and also that migraine tens machine thing you put on your forehead. Don’t know what else I can do… what has helped you?
