My experience-Can you give yourself a migraine, and can it not go away after sleeping?

I’m someone who stays up until the crack of Dawn, and normally gets a headache. I stayed up until my head hurt and I was nauseous. I go to sleep. Wake up, it’s still there. Sleep AGAIN. It’s still there. I get migraines a lot but I’m a hypochondriac so this is worrying me lol. If this is normal, how do I fix it? Besides fixing my sleep schedule.
