My experience-Sensitivity to high pitched noises

I’ve always been sensitive to barometric changes, but since moving north and into the mountains, my ears are constantly blocked.

Something that’s been bothering me lately is sensitivity to really high pitched noises. And I’m talking like noises that most people can’t hear, like the sound electricity makes going through a dying phone charger. It’s like this constant pulsing in my ears and it drives me nuts. It’s not even just when I’m having a migraine, but all the time.

I’m wondering if this seemingly inner-ear thing might be a cause of my migraines or a symptom.

I’m also concerned this might be a side effect of my Cefaly, which has been a true lifesaver over the past couple of years
