i have thought for years that i have chronic tension headaches but i have been to a neurologist today and she said that it rather is a migraine and prescribed me rizatriptan 10mg. i took it at 6 pm today and it felt like it helped a little but then the head pressure was EVERYWHERE on my head. it knocked me out and i slept til almost 9 pm and the pressure is still the same. i feel like i can't think straight or speak normally. everything is delayed in my head.

Does anyone know when this wears off, WHY i could have reacted this way OR ANYTHING i can do right now to make this go away
