My experience-Looking for a for a little advice :)

Hello!

I’ve been dealing with a headache on and off since January. I got Covid (for the second time) and attributed most of it to long Covid. However I have just been diagnosed with an eye disease called keratoconus which also causes headaches. It’s like constant pressure inside of my head and makes thinking/remembering pretty difficult. I’m not sure which this is related to but I’m quite scared. This causes me a lot of brain fog and I feel like I’m never fully present in the moment. I don’t even enjoy being around my friends/family at this point.

I’ve dealt with migraines for years now (probably because of my keratoconus) but this one is persistent and I’ve never experienced anything like this before and makes life quite miserable. I’m about to go through some eye surgeries for keratoconus and then hard contacts so that will get better but I just don’t know if this headache is associated with that or is something different.

This isn’t a cry for help as I’m seeing three or four different doctors and am getting a brain-scan next week, but I was just curious if anyone on here had any advice or has dealt with something like this previously. I know it gets better but I’m just looking for some hope so I can start enjoying life again to the fullest :).
