My experience-Holding my breath
I’m almost 50. I’ve been getting migraines all my life. Always on my left side and in my left eye. Nausea, vomiting the whole bit. They were painful but manageable for the most part.
Last week, I started getting migraines in the back of my head. The pain is excruciating. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It put me in the ER last Sunday. All my tests are clear except my blood pressure is through the roof.
I’ve had one every day the whole week. Before this I would maybe get one a month.
The only thing I can offer is that I found that if I hold my breath and squeeze like going to the bathroom, it offers me a few seconds of relief. Then I breathe a second and hold again.
I got the idea from Wim Hof method.
I do this holding and usually the pain subsides in about an hour. Then I’m just dealing with the other symptoms like fog and nausea.
Good luck and thanks for everyone’s help.
Oh and I am seeing a doctor but no answers yet.
