My experience-Not sure if these count as migraines?
My migraines have changed recently so I’m tracking them a little more than I used to and I am a little unsure what all should count as a migraine. Aside from my migraines with visual aura and debilitating pain which are always easy to identify, fairly frequently now I will have headaches that are in the same location and of the same pain quality (throbbing/stabbing) as my usual migraines, and accompanied by a little light and sound sensitivity. So it seems like they might be migraines but they aren’t that painful or severe at all. Maybe like. A 5-6? Like it hurts and I feel bad but I’m usually able to work through them so I don’t know that they really count…
Can people have milder migraines? I don’t want to track things I don’t need to but I also don’t want to miss something because I’m not counting things…
