My experience-Migraines w/upper back and neck pain

Hi all. For the past ten years I occasionally have an unusual migraine that makes my whole head throb and the pain goes down my spine to about mid-back. If I’m not careful how I walk, I get a jarring pain in my spine that goes up to my head. Sometimes I feel nauseated as well. Nothing stops the pain of these except a migraine cocktail and sometimes that doesn’t work well. Does anyone else get migraines like this and if so, what works for you? I’ve tried thc gummies, hot baths, you name it.
