Not sure what this is, I have been getting a sharp shock/stabbing pain in my right upper back which I feel shoot up into my neck and into my migraine. It goes away within a minute and comes back throughout the day. I have also been getting very bad icepick headaches, slight periods hearing loss from a loud ringing noise, dizziness accompanied by blackouts in vision & just randomly lose my balance and fall over into the wall when I’m walking to the kitchen or to the door.
