My experience-Should I ask for a nasal spray triptan?

Hello there, I have and still am experiencing migraines with aura. I have been prescribed Eletriptan 40mg for when the aura starts. I noticed great success in pain management of the triptan, but it happens only when I didnt eat anything prior to the attack. If any food was eaten before an attack started, the triptan would not help a bit.

Should I ask my neurologist for a nasal spray triptan? If so which one.

Edit : Forgot to mention that I also have nausea and take 2 Pramin tablets
