My experience-Headache clinic (or specialist) that won’t kick me off my opioid?

I need to go to a headache clinic. I’ve tried every HA and migraine med that exists and every treatment I’m willing to try with the exception of psychedelics (I want to try them, but no one near who me does it is taking new patients; I might have to go somewhere else and pretend I’m doing it for mental health issues, which I have, since the research and treatments are more robust in that space). I want a doctor who will manage my pain with my ideal opioid dose (around 120MME). It’s the only thing that’s ever worked, and I’ve been trying things for almost two decades. I know the opioid doesn’t cause the headaches/that they aren’t medication-overuse HAs because 1. I didn’t take opioids when I was three or 13 or 21, but I still had these headaches, and 2. I got off my opioid for an entire year once and got dependent on Advil because I was in so much pain.

I’m tired. I don’t believe anyone can fix the 24/7 headaches I’ve had since birth or find what causes them. And I don’t care. I want to take my painkillers in peace. But pain management no longer just manages pain; it’s all “interventional,” and I am done with interventions.

If anyone knows of a headache clinic or specialist or even just a pain doctor (I’ll go anywhere) who will not kick me off my opioid or make me try treatments with which I’m uncomfortable, I would really love to know.
