My experience-Day 3 and nothing is helping keep the pain away

I tried McDonald’s twice in one day, butalbitol, reglan, muscle relaxers, Benadryl, donuts, chips, coke, sweet tea, Gatorade, whataburger (texas fast food), popcorn, naps, seriously nothing is keeping this pain away. It was triggered by a kid’s body spray in my classroom. I officially said the words that I want accommodations for a scent free classroom and legally they will have to enforce it since it’s against policy but currently not enforced by the new admin.

The pain I should mention is only a 2-3. This is thanks to both botox and emgality working. Normally it wouldn’t hurt at all with the Botox or simply a regular dose of Tylenol would cure it. This is nuts.

What the hell do I do? My neuro was like nap? Food? And I was like yes and yes and all these other things. She suggested extended release Tylenol so I picked some up. It’s marketed as the Tylenol for arthritis. I took two of those and two Advil. I really don’t know what to do or how long it will last.

I’ve avoided all triggers. I have Irlen glasses to filter out light. I have blue covers for the lights in my classroom. I’ve been getting sleep and keeping lights dim at home. Just…ugh!!!

I don’t know what to do!!!
