My experience-New to the group, medication question..

Hi. So, after several (7) years of working with a psychiatrist, trying to figure out my unusual mood disorder, (settling on bipolar NOS) my psych is now thinking many of my episodes are possibly more seizure-like than clearly bipolar; (I’ve had some episodes of mild catatonia, lost time) - I’m really sensitive to small doses of most meds, and I’ve tried so many - olanzapine, Abilify, seroquel, Perphenazine … all with bad side effects, though olanzapine is ‘okay’ .. Psych now wants me to consider depakote - with consultation of neurologist I’ll see in a few weeks - But I’m suddenly thinking that so many of the weird episodes I’ve had, which include anxiety, panic, depression , confusion, neck pain, visual disturbances, “spacing out”, feeling unusually serene, having things suddenly seem unfamiliar, (and many other things) .. all might be attributable to migraines? I’ve never been diagnosed with them, my father and grandmother both had them… I guess my question is, ARE there meds that people find helpful for migraines, or is it more about management of symptoms. Are some migraine symptoms as weird as some of the things I’ve experienced? I currently take gabapentin and very low doses of Ativan to manage anxiety - I’m beginning to question the bipolar diagnoses in the first place - I’d been doing well on Lexapro for several years before I hit a big patch of brain fog. Sorry this is so long and rambling - I’ve just become so tired of playing medication roulette, though my psychiatrist is really good and really cares -
