Long story short on this. I went on holiday June 2022 for my mates stag do, I was completely fine before hand and the only time I’d ever had a headache was after a night of drinking. On the holiday I got myself in a really huge panic as I was badly sunburnt and convinced myself I had sunstroke (I didn’t have sunstroke at all). When we flew home I didn’t feel myself at all, and my personality has changed completely. The worst is I’ve had this low level tension headache ever since and it’s getting me quite down. Any suggestions? Thanks.
