My experience-I think I found the perfect recovery food (for me)

I get really bad nausea, but once I finally manage to keep something down I start to feel a lot better. As soon as I can keep things down I go for a bowl of oatmeal or a bowl of rice, something easy and flavorless. Well today I went to make rice from what I thought was a sealed bag and instead discovered the source of the moth problem in my pantry >_< so I made some red lentils instead. I specifically didn't season them, just cooked them in vegetable broth and nothing else, and these are actually so good???? Like I'd just make these. As is. No migraine needed.

It has barely any texture which is perfect for me. I looked up the nutrition info and they're really high in electrolytes too, so I think I found the perfect recovery food.

Recipe:

1/2 cup red lentils, 2 cups vegetable broth, 4 mins in instant pot. I let it release for an hour because I forgot, but you should probably let it sit for about 15 mins before you open the vent
