My experience-Advice for interviewing with potential migraine

Hi all,

I am looking for some advice. I have been experiencing a very bad headache with intermittent aura since Tuesday of last week. I went to my PCP and she suggested it might be a migraine. Even after she gave me an injection of toradol, the pain did not abate. I think it’s going to be a while before I can see a neurologist, and unfortunately I have a job interview on Monday. I’m worried I’ll still be feeling badly and have found that reading, especially on the computer, makes me feel nauseated. The job interview will involve a work task and a presentation back to the team. I already rescheduled the interview from last Thursday to Monday, so I don’t feel I can ask to reschedule again. I was wondering if anyone has advice for how to make it through the interview if I wake up Monday morning still feeling like this? Are there any other OTC treatments I could try (ibuprofen and acetaminophen haven’t helped much with pain so far but Benadryl has helped with sleep)? Or advice for how to approach tomorrow to try to make Monday easier?

Thank you so much in advance!
