My experience-Stress related migraines

Sat morning I made a comment to my partner that I haven’t had a migraine aura (migraines are chronic but are worse when I get auras) all month, which if continued for the full month, would be the first time in like 3+ years.

Dead ass have gotten a migraine aura/migraine every afternoon 3 days in a row. I have to laugh. I’ve never had a full on zig zag aura 3 days in a row.

I’m working on a presentation for a job interview this weekend so I definitely think it’s stress related. How am I supposed to mitigate these though? It’s not like I can stop stress from happening lol. And tbh it’s stressful but not like insane that I can’t handle.

Any ideas? I feel like I do a pretty good job at dealing with stress I.e meditation, exercise, meds etc.
