My experience-Diet help

I have chronic daily migraine and a number of foods and drinks make this worse. I’m thinking about going on some sort of diet but wondering if anyone here can find a link between all the food triggers I have and tell me a diet that i could research and follow to reduce these foods and similar foods. For example maybe the common link between these foods is that they are high in histamines or FODMAP or something i dont even know about. Here are the migraine trigger foods, the number after them is a rating from 1 to 3 of how much of a trigger they are, 3 being the worst:

Tuna (2) Salmon (1) Olive oil/oily things (3) Deep fried things (2) Beer, alcohol (3) Garlic (3) Very high sugar things like candy (2) Chocolate milk (1) caffeine (2) Zero sugar, zero caffeine drinks eg 7 up free (2) Processed food - meat - potato wedges - pizza (2 or 3) Protein powder (3)
