My experience-Migraine free for 10 months, but with stress, It just came back.

I succeed being migraine free by fixing my sleep schedule (regular sleep hours, even on week ends). I got a very stressful week, the last week (start of Feb), and since, the little stress I have leads to migraine.

I plead guilty, I wasn't very regular on my sleep cycle for 2 or 3 months, but I never felt anything, until this day. It was a bad day, and then a week, conflict with people, bad grades, pressure from my profs and hierarchy, isolation. Septimana horribilis.

I succeeded once, I hope to find this tranquility again. If you haven't try a regular sleep cycle, really try it (It may takes 2 months), I never believed it until I did it. I got the best 10 months of my life (that I just lost but that's another story, I don't lose hope).
