My experience-5-7 migraine days a week

I’ve been dealing with 5-7 migraine days a week since August. Previously, I was having 2-3 migraine days a month controlled by Aimovig monthly. Since, I’ve had to add Namenda and Nurtec as preventatives and change the Aimovig to Ajovy. I’m still severely suffering and tired of it. I tried Topamax, and propranolol previously without success. I won’t do Botox either due to my phobia of needles-I can hardly handle the Ajovy and Aimovig shots without panic attacks. Also can’t do amitriptyline due to interactions with a psychiatric medication I take for my treatment-resistant depression. I just feel lost on what else to do and try. I’ve did physical therapy which really helped but the insurance won’t cover it anymore. Any suggestions? I have an appointment with my neurologist this week and would like to bring some suggestions to her since I keep being told I need to give everything time to work, even though the medications are at the max doses already and have been for months. I’ve also had blood tests that have all come back normal and an VEMP, VNG, MRI, MRA, and MRV all normal. Any other tests I should try to get ordered?
