My experience-Looking for advice

Hello, I’m currently having the 3rd migraine experience of my life. This is the 3rd episode. The first two episodes lasted about 9-10 days and the pain is very specific (feels like the middle of the brain). I have a lipoma in my brain but from what I’ve been told it should be asymptomatic. Could be related or not. Unsure.

No medication helped the first two episodes and I brutally waited it out. I particularly remember the 2nd episode lasting forever. I’m having a lot of trouble this time making it through. Currently on day 4. I called Teladoc to see if I could try a triptan or ublevry but she just sent meloxicam and said go to the er if it doesn’t help. I don’t want to go to the er or drive at all tbh. I tried Excederin this morning and it seems to help a tiny bit.. maybe placebo.

Does anyone have a similar experience? Any advice for me?
