My experience-Funny feeling in nose before onset?

Does anyone get a funny feeling in your nose before your migraine starts? The feeling I get is like what happens when you walk outside in super cold weather and you breath in through your nose the first time. There is a feeling of a tingle or a tickle, but not totally. It is like my nasal passages feel like they have opened up and the air feels cool like I’ve eaten a peppermint patty. I also associate it with salt for some reason…maybe the feeling is like when salt water goes up your nose?

The feeling lasts until the pain kicks in. Any doctor I mention this to looks like I am absolutely crazy…
