I have been getting migraines for around 15 years now, especially regularly around my period. I started using period cups about a year ago and today I had one of the worst migraines I’ve ever had. When I emptied and rinsed and reinserted my cup, the migraine was gone almost instantly. Does anyone have some kind of explanation for why that could be?
