My experience-Burning/tingling/ pressure /tightness in left side of head b/w ear and back of head

Age: 31 Sex: M Height: 5’8 Weight: 157 Duration of complaint: 12 days

Few days back i came back from an international travel. After 2 days , i started feeling pressure in left side of my head. No pain. It’s bad most of the time,I also feel heaviness on both side of ear. From past few days pressure is less , heaviness in ear is also less but i also started feeling burning and pulsating at the same spot from past 5 days with little pressure come and go.

I have a migraine history since my childhood. I usually take sumatriptan, it really helps. From past 40 days I didn’t get migraine, i was feeling really happy but now this . I thought it’s migraine, i took a half tablet of sumatriptan, it didn’t help at all.

Can someone please advice. I would really appreciate.

I consulted my pcp/gp, she did physical exam and said my left side shoulder muscle are tight. She asked me if i want a neuro referral , i said yes. Does anyone had similar experience? I hope it’s not something sinister.
